Insane management that doesn't know anything about the definition of customer service. Constantly rescheduling to suit their needs and exceedingly rude when things don't go according to plan.
After calling me the same day to reschedule my appointment to suit the stylist's schedule, I was late and the stylist (Mallory) banned me for life. I work 75 hours a week and called as soon as I could to tell the salon I would be a little late, they then proceeded to play phone tag for 15 minutes before telling me I couldn't even reschedule.
