The food is all that it's cracked up to be. Not only is everything cooked to perfection, the spice combinations are new (to most of us) and delicious. It's a little like the experience of the first time you dive into Indian food. The service is also super friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices for what you get.
The only thing not to like is the weird order, wait, sit, set up that has to be learned. It doesn't ruin the experience, but it would be so much more relaxing to be seated and then order. I hate seat insecurity, it's something that goes back to the high school cafeteria. You know it's not ideal when there are signs warning you to relax before you enter.
BTW, that's not a problem if you want take-out.
