  • Earnhardt Toyota services my Prius C and they are wonderful! I schedule appointments online and when I arrive they talk to me and take my car right in. I've never had to wait hours for routine maintenance - they finish quickly, do a thorough job, and wash the car when they're done! The ONLY reason I did not give a fifth star is that I requested the extended service plan they offered when I booked online the last time. When I got there, they thought I declined to buy it and when I asked about it at the cashier she had to call my service rep in to do paperwork. And they told me I couldn't pay online. There was just a bit of confusion that needs to be worked out.
