  • Had a problem with our dryer, and my husband thought he had figured out the issue based on google. We called them up, and the lady was very professional on the phone and was able to get me scheduled next day. He called on his way and arrived at the expected time. He was careful not to bring his snowy, muddy boots inside our house. He took a look at the dryer and quickly realized that the problem - of course - was not what my husband had thought it was. But, he had bought the replacement part based on the wrong diagnosis for $62 and could not return it. I was definitely expecting to pay for it, but in the end he would not allow me to do so. He fixed the real issue quickly as well. Bottom line, professional and courteous service without any hassle, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
