  • Writing this on behalf of my wife . Was sent to this Clinic from her main Dr. for a arthritic toe and subsequent sciatica pain. This clinic thru the x-ray, Dr. Scott and staff were wonderful, quick and very knowledgeable. The breakdown and frustration was when the referral into another Dr. to inject a steroid shot using X-ray equipment to pinpoint stopped cold. After waiting a week to hear , we contacted BC/BS our insurance company and they followed the referral back to The Core Institute , where they were told the scheduling dept was backed up 2 weeks. We also called the Core institute and were told the same thing. UNACCEPTABLE... Hire some people....The experience and the Dr. were above and beyond until the scheduling dept got ahold of the referral. We will attempt to avoid this organization from henceforth. Pain does not wait for a scheduling dept that is understaffed.
