  • I've waited awhile to write this review to see if how I felt would change but since it hasn't here it goes. Walked in on a Friday at around 2:30pm. First thing I noticed: there were empty tables full of food. 3 tables were being occupied at the time but the rest of the tables were unusable because they were ALL full of left over food. I have no idea how long they were actually sitting there for...it was disgusting...but I really wanted to try their mint lemonade. There was one person ahead of me in line waiting to place their order. We were the only ppl there that had not been helped yet, other customers were already sitting and eating. It is now my turn to order. I place my order and ask how long it'll be. The cashier replies 5-10 minutes. I raise an eyebrow and say ok...wondering why it would even take more than 2 minutes if there is no one else waiting for a drink... I walk around for 5 minutes then sit down at one of the dirty tables that no one has even made a move to clean this whole time...12 minutes later...the customer ahead of me has gotten their meal and the cashier is just joking around with the cooks in the back. I approach her and ask how much longer will it be for the lemonade I ordered. She laughs and says "omg I forgot you were here!" Uhm? I say nothing and just look at her. She runs off and brings me back the lemonade she made 2 minutes later. Let me repeat that again. 2 minutes. AND let me also point out she was the one who made it. Not the cooks, which is who I assumed was to make it since it was taking so long. She hands to me still laughing. I take it and turn to walk out and she shouts behind me: GOD BLESS YOU!!!! This whole experience was enough to to make me never return and stopped my office from trying this place. The level of professionalism was beyond negative and the attitude of the workers was just appalling. The fact that this cashier instead of taking initiative to clear the tables for customers to sit or make my drink while the cook made someone else's order decided to just fool around is disappointing. I hope management does a better job of managing their staff and teaching them proper work ethics. Regardless that the lemonade is nice, it is not a place I will be returning to.
