All you can eat wing Mondays, What!!!! Count me in........ or so I thought. Came here on a Monday night for the football specials that included all you can eat chicken wings for 10$ and 10$ pitchers of limited domestic beers. I have yet to find a truly great wing place here in Vegas so I thought why not give Hearthstone's wing special a try. Upon ordering the wings the server looked annoyed and seemed to keep that demeanor the entire length of our dining experience. Once we received our first batch of wings they were soaked in buffalo sauce. The sauce itself was nice and tangy, however there was so much sauce that the wings were floating in a lake of it. I attempted to get our server's attention to ask if my next batch of wings could be made with light sauce but he never came and checked on us. Thankfully a food runner (I believe his name was James) came out of the blue from the kitchen and brought out our next batch of wings with a smile. He informed me that he could make the wings with sauce on the side and quickly brought some out to us. The sauce on the side was a winner and allowed the wings to maintain a crispy exterior. Overall, our experience as a whole was mediocre. The server was horrible and unattentive, however the food runner was amazing. He truly took care of us and deserved all of the credit. I had really high hopes for Hearthstone since they seem to cater towards locals with their specials. However, with the way their service is they may just be a last resort for tourists who are too lazy to leave their hotel.
