  • I order the cupcakes ahead of time after choosing the ones I wanted on the website. When I picked the cupcakes up I noticed the frosting was a different color than what was depicted on the website. When I explained this to the sales person she rudely snapped back "that is the way they come" and refused to fix them. I tried to explain to her that I was having a color themed party a few hours from then and the colors were not at all what I order. She had no comment and again refused to fix them. Absolutely, NO customer service.
