This review isn't only for my car purchase from 5 years ago, but how the dealership, mainly the service department, has gone above and beyond for me years later.
1st off Jon Sims was my salesman and he was so patient with me and my crazy friend. We initiated the sale over the phone and finalized it when I travelled down from Vegas. I was looking for a specific model (nowhere to be found in Las Vegas nor would anyone order me my specific car so I looked outside of Vegas) and lucky me found it pretty much the day it arrived on the lot so we negotiated over the phone. The sales process did take some time when we were there but the staff was awesome and so much fun!
Fast forward to 5 years later....my car alarm became very talkative after a battery replacement and I needed them to assist me over the phone to reset the alarm. My local Vegas dealership refused to touch my alarm bc they didn't want to be liable for anything since the car was purchased somewhere else. As frustrating as that was, Superstition Springs reached out to me with their help. Tommy Durante is the service manager and he went above and beyond to make sure I received the help I needed and lead me to Ricky, their car alarm specialist. After a couple of tricks from Ricky, my alarm's talkative behavior stopped!!
It's a plus when you have an easy fun sales experience bc buying a car is a dreaded purchase, but it's even better when the dealership maintains their level of quality service and Tommy and Ricky displayed that today!
I love my Honda (6-speed manual which is very rare) and don't plan on parting with it anytime soon but trust me when I say, I will absolutely look into Superstition Springs again for another car purchase!
