  • Food is good and usually consistent. Most things are authentic and well prepared. Problem is with Female owner. Think her name is Choy. Last two times we ordered, either a dish was not what we ordered or they forgot an item that is integral to our meal. When we made her aware of the error, both times, she skilfully, as she thought, changed the subject and was condescending as well as patronizing, It is so easy to say sorry and make the correction and have a satisfied customer rather than make the customer feel mad as well as stupid. Even though we really like the food, we will not go back. Too many great Asian choices in East Valley.
