  • Dishonesty and poor customer service if I had to summarize it. But then, we are talking about used car salesmen here so lets no kid ourselves. I came in with pre-approved financing and found a car that fit our exact needs. While the loan went to underwriting I was told the vehicle would be set aside and not shown to anyone else. I was not asked for a deposit or to sign anything at this point. I stepped out because I didn't know how long the underwriting process would take, but learned that the car had been sold to someone else shortly after I left. Not a call, not an email. Nada. I will not be back.
