I'm shocked by all the 1 star reviews, but this is my own personal experience with them.
I bought my first Subaru at this dealership, and am so happy I bought from Camelback Subaru in particular. Being new to the brand, I went in to the dealership wanting to educate myself on the WRX's performance and how it looked in person. First impressions of this dealership was definitely super welcoming, friendly, and not intimidating to someone who's just looking and not wanting to be pushed to buy at that exact moment. I really appreciated how when talking to my sales rep Todd, I was able to speak with full transparency and have a conversation on my current vehicle needs and budget. Couple months later, I was still in email contact with Todd and he would let me know when there was a new car in the lot that I would be interested in. I see a lot of reviews complain about the persistent phone calls, friendly tip- just leave an email! Several emails and 2 phone calls later, I was able to negotiate a price I wanted and left the dealership as a confident owner of a Subaru WRX. I was confident because I knew if I had any concerns, I was only a phone call away from great customer service and individual attention.
Fast forward two years, Camelback Subaru kept their promise of "having my back" whenever I had a question or needed maintenance on my car. For example today, on a busy Saturday, I purchased wheel locks from the parts dept and the services department went above and beyond by installing them for me for free despite having tons of other cars to attend to. That's great service, and frequent acts like these are why I'm so happy with this dealership.
In summary: Great customer service goes a long way here!
