  • Every time I come here I want to love it but it lets me down every time...I usually get the steak and cheese pretzel and it's usually cold every time and it's rough eating the pretzels here after they have been sitting because the dough after baking is soft and upon cooling down it gets stiffer than grandmas fruit cake at Christmas time...I got some rivits also and they also seem to always be cold or not fresh kinda disappointed for the price that you pay here...the cheese sauce for dipping is pretty good though but it would be better with a fresh pretzel but hey who am I to judge lol...I want to like this place but the quality of product I receive continually let's me down...maybe someday I'll get that elusive hot or warm pretzel
