  • I really like Chura but i think given how busy they are, they are always dedicated for the 90% of the appointment and then by the last part, they're in a scramble to finish to get to the next customer and it ends in a rush My original appointment was for a cut and colour but since I had to resched for half hour later since work was running late. I said if they don't have time to colour then just cut. The stylist said no problem to colour. The appointment went quite long and a customer had arrived towards the end of my appointment. So then they started rushing and a new girl tried to blow dry my hair only to realise she didn't know how my hair was to be parted and was blow drying all over my face. My stylist was running to his other chair to finish up the other guy so that one chair could finish up for that one girl who had been waiting 40 minutes. It just seem disorganized and they pack their appointment so tightly. The stylist came back and finished up my hair which at the time I was just watching them go go go. A day later it was darker than I thought i would've liked and asked them if it's possible to lighten it up? and the girl called back to say no, you need to pay again for the colour. I hadn't expected them to be so blunt about it. Great place but i suggest go in with knowing what u like and at you dont like
