Ok, I have to write another update because I feel, as a company, they stand by their work. I was contacted, after my last updated review, by one of the owner's of the company. Steven took a genuine interest in my problem and apologized. We talked for a while about what it meant to have quality service and what to do to make it right if it wasn't. This is the first time I've ever been contacted by a company in a sincere way. I was offered my money back as well as compensation for having to call out my home warranty to fix the issue. Steven hand delivered the check to my door the same day! We talked about training and the reputation of Goettl. At the end of the conversation I truly believed that they are looking out for the consumer and it made me feel good knowing there are still those types of businesses out there. I have never updated a review before, but this called for an exception. I can really appreciate a company that stands behind their work and employees and does anything to make it right.
