First I have to say that I rented from here without reading any reviews. Big mistake! The customer service here is nothing you would expect. I would give them negative stars if possible, but I have to settle for one star. The manager does not have basic customer service skills and she doesn't care if the customers are happy or not. Really, she won't even bother answering questions, quite unbelievable.
The pick-up process was long and painful. The first car they offered me was dirty inside. And what a pain to change it... you need to explain the reasons, and then you explain again, then you show the dirty chairs and then explain again ... and again. After a while you will get a new contract, angry looks and jokes behind your back.
The return even more painful, especially when the charge on the receipt was $100 more than expected. I mean really, bring your glasses with you and read every word on that page. They are set to trick you.
Finally I have to congratulate everyone else who survived the experience of renting from this location. In my books you all deserve praises.
