Horrible first time visit. I was scheduled for a CPE with Pap but the services we actually received were far less comprehensive than if we'd walked into a CVS or Walgreens clinic. We received none of the services that are standard with a complete physical exam. There was a robot there disguised as a physician (Delatte) who was busy copying our paperwork into her emr/laptop and not actually hearing anything that was being said. There was no medical advice offered based in our medical history. No advice for prevention, no actual exam either! She read our paperwork aloud as if to confirm prior to typing but failed to address anything. The bulk of the visit was watching her type and no point did she bother to look up or make eye contact. Their website says they do labs. They don't, you have to go to an outside lab. That isn't such a big deal but in house is a huge plus and a factor when we decided to go there. I wasted my annual allowable CPE and got nothing out of it. I told her I was ill and definitely not go to work, she didn't so much as blink let alone see if there's something she could do or ask specifications my symptoms are but based on my shortness of breathe and nasally voice you'd think she'd have asked. Nope! They collected a copay despite an annual wellness exam being covered at100% "in case they find something medically wrong with me in addition to or outside of wellness care" . Well not only was there no illness care there was also no wellness category either, just lots of questions and me and my child answering. I still need a physical, a pelvic exam, and a breast exam. yep, I still need all of those things. I had to push her to give me an ultrasound referral for ovarian cysts I'd reported during the visit. All other concerns will be saved for another provider, I didn't bother trying to get her to listen and address.
