  • Steve was nothing but professional. I came in feeling pretty defeated and frustrated, asked him specifically what I wanted and he showed it to me. No gimmicks or funny business. I have a thin neck, so I need the chain shortened and they can do it in shop! Prices were WAY better than Kay and Zales and quite frankly customer service was impeccable. Steve is also redoing the rhodium plating on my rings before my big day next week for a fraction of Kay. I won't go anywhere else for my jewelry needs from here on out. Very very happy random person, now loyal customer. Thanks Steve for becoming my jeweler!
