  • Surprised at the very little of a selection of toys they said they haven't restocked from Christmas yet. I tried to return the gift cards my dad got my kids, I had the recept from when he bought then and he was also there. They said they couldn't return them. Then when I tried to use one of them it had a zero balance for some reason and they had never been used. They also couldn't help with that and I had to call the company and wait weeks for a response. Talk about a sad child when my daughter was so excited to use her card. Toys r us has gone down the hole over the years.
