rev:text	I made a 10 am appointment for an oil change. I got there at 10am and checked in my car and wandered off to the waiting area. Sucked up some free WIFI and checked Facebook. Finally , At 11:15, they came and got me for my car. I hour and 15 minutes for an oil change? And the price for it would have been $57 according to the slip? They did wash the car after, and they did offer to sell me some $229 unnecessary service. Why would I not be happy with this type of service?
