  • Great experience here. I only needed a car for 24 hours as I went to visit Niagara Falls. I arrived and and had a hard time finding the enterprise desk. The signage is really poor but it's not really enterprise's fault. I went to the desk and the lady was really nice helping me at the desk. She processed all the paper work and I was handed off to a gentleman to take me to the car. I asked for a full size car but they didn't have any. They asked if I would like an SUV and let me pick out any one I saw. I got a really comfortable Chevy. It was really clean. Returning the car was easy but still had a hard time finding the correct path back to the terminal. The airport really needs to work on their signage. Enterprise though, 5 star service.
