  • We purchased our Mercedes from Fletcher Jones in California. Had one year service done in Las Vegas. My wife dropped it off and when she picked it up realized they had charged her $650 to change the oil and filters. Seriously. It was $652. I called and spoke with the manager. She said it was a fair price and felt $450 labor for changing the fluids and filters were totally reasonable since this was the big one year service. I told her I have owned 3 Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Acura, and I don't ever recall paying over $150 for any service. Ever. I told her I would never deal with them again and would make sure to write as many bad reviews as I could. She said that was fine. Nice attitudes on top of scamming probably every customer who trusts them with their service. Beware!
