  • This place is turning out to be a nightmare. 1. We came here for Friday Seafood buffet and we have complementary coupons, but they are renovating and don't offer Seafood buffet for three months. Even though the coupon disclaims Gold Coast seafood buffet, they could accomodate us since they are the ones renovating, but when I asked, they refused. 2. They have Thursday night jazz concert on Thursdays, but this Thursday night, it got canceled with no explanation. 3. There was no shampoo in our room upon check-in. They mistakenly put extra lotion instead of shampoo. These mistakes in totality are really annoying us! Hope this doesn't happen again.
