  • I've lived here for 3 1/2 years and ready to renew for another year. For anyone reading any negative reviews, I strongly suggest you try for yourself. My son and I have lived here comfortably and am grateful we call this place home. The management and office staff are busy running the operation but are still very friendly, efficient and professional. When it comes to maintenance, they are bar none the best! They ALWAYS come within a day or two and of for some rare reason they cannot make it, they let me know so I'm not waiting. I have another apartment in Vegas my sister is living in and their maintenance are horrible, often taking WEEKS just to come do a faulty job and the office don't give a damn about anything that goes on on the property (they are nicer to drug dealers who live there than regular tenants). It makes me grateful to live in these apartments with management and maintenance staff that keep everything running smoothly. I couldn't ask for more so THANK YOU VILLAS FOR MAKING OUR HOUSE A HOME!!!!!
