First attempt of having manicure in Canada. It worked better than I expected. I did not have to make an appointment, but the lady could barely speak english.
Pros: all the colours of OPI polish you could imagine. I chose a default dark red to look serious and adult, haha. But I was tempted by the glitterish blue, I love glitter! They use that amazing UV-heater-fancy thing to help your nails dry faster.
Cons: The polishes seem to be on the counter for a while, so the lady had a hard time opening it, and even had to drop something inside of it to make it smoother. Also their washroom sucks. They accept only debit and cash, but their debit machine wasn't working and I had to pay cash. And as I noted before, the lady barely speaks english. I think this is lots of cons for a place that charges you 15 bucks for a manicure.
Mani/Pedi is 35. It's in front of a Starbucks. (Christie St).
I'm giving an OK because I liked the manicure and the incredible diversity of colours. Otherwise would be Meh.
