  • My housekeeper walked in on one of their nannies smoking in the presence of my kids. My experience with this service ranged on a spectrum from mediocre to unpleasant/ unacceptable. They are available for last moment appointments. However, I walked in on one their sitters with earbuds on and coloring her own pictures. Her back was towards my toddlers while she was coloring with markers, talking on the phone with earbuds, and my children were sitting on the couch watching TV. Watch the hours that they charge you, they tended to round up by half an hour. I had one lady stay an extra half hour talking to me about her own personal medical history and then she added that time to billed hours as a nanny.
