Rude, rude, rude!!!!! Don't recommend!!! When I called to get my total cost. I misunderstood the amount girl said $127.00. I panicked because it was more than I thought I was going to pay. When I asked for the breakdown, it wasn't adding up because I thought I heard $127. I asked her to repeat and she got frustrated with me and was calculating it on the other end but I needed the amounts again to calculate it on my end. I got comments like"I told you what it was!" To me, that is rude!!! I asked her to please give me the amounts one by one. She wouldn't even answer me at some point. She finally did and she told me again, it was $100.27 which now adds up correctly. It was my mistake that I misunderstood but she didn't have to be rude about it. I asked to speak to the manager and he was even MORE rude!!! He supported his rude employee .... Gee!! I wonder where she gets it from?? I admitted I misunderstood and needed repeating but does that mean I needed her to snap at me and to be spoken DOWN to by both???? I don't feel this is good customer service whatsoever!!!! Do you? This didn't have to end this way AT ALL!!!! Never going here again!!! I'm glad I'm moving away from Mesa!!! Good riddance!!!!
