  • A study in how not to run a restaurant floor. We checked with the hostess and were told a 20 minute wait . I can see 7 tables open in the bar area , and 5 booths in the back. There are about four names on the waiting list. Why cant we be seated immediately. The young lady handed us a beeper to my astonishment. We hung out for a bit then talked to the "manager" who seemed equally incompetent and said they had a process. Now theres only one other party of two waiting. He then informs us we can sit in the bar , great why not let us do that 20 minutes ago , The bartender is also the waiter , hopelessly understaffed on the two occasions we stopped in , this is a friday night mind and its not crowded and still understaffed. The food is good , service slow and sketchy , and this front end staff needs a wakeup call !
