  • If you love your pets don't bring them here! I was in a rush to get the dogs cleaned up and my normal groomer was booked out for the rest of the month (check out the business on all 4's). Both came home with small cuts. It took 6 hours to groom. Not very clean and had a very unpleasant smell. Two groomers working, one girl who helped me left a schnauzer wearing a neck collar tied to a 4 ft high table alone (could you imagine had he of jumped off!) and the girl working at the other table was on her phone the entire time probably reading Facebook when she should have been grooming the shitzu in front of her. No wonder it takes them all day. I should have went with my gut instinct and taken my babies home. I'll always wait for my normal groomer. She's worth it. This place is not.
