  • Uncle Jacobs is a great place, the prices are just a little steep. When I got my bike we tried to work out a deal. It was an old road bike. I got it for $200. And they included a tune up. Some Bikes might be overpriced, but the older ones are pretty good for their price. I've had several problems with the bike, and they were nice enough to fix them for free. Understanding that I did buy the bike there. The old chinese guy seems to not know much about bikes, but is a terrible businessman. Don't work with him. Work with the other people there. There is a young white guy who fixes bikes there. He's a great guy. Everyone else is helpful. If you are just looking for a somewhat cheap road bike for the summer, go there. Why spend $400 on a bike to get from point a to point b? It does the same for half the price.
