  • This is a great place to stay for any occasion, but even better if you are going to Severance Hall, Cleveland Museum of Art, MOCA, or want a great meal at L'Albatros, Little Italy, or Fire in Shaker Square. The rooms are excellent and if you can get a suite, exceedingly large and cleverly decorated. The ballrooms on the second floor are wonderfully renovated and make for a perfect wedding venue. There is a great buffet breakfast on the second floor and a restaurant and bar on the lobby level. This was the third time I've stayed there and service has improved greatly. My first stay was a bit rocky for service and the second better, with the third being great! My only complaint is the valet service, which seems to always lie about the "self park" option and do not appear to be on the same page. To be clear, they are an outside service and the hotel needs to do something about them. I'll definitely be back!
