I had dinner there with a group of eight. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time, but then had to wait another 10 minutes before our waiter showed up. I hadn't gotten a drink yet, and had to wait another 10 minutes before I got one.
The meatloaf I ordered was pretty basic. It was supposed to come with some mashed potatoes and beans, and there were tiny bit of those, but more like a garnish than actual side. The meatloaf was also covered in about a quarter inch of ketchup, so there's really no way to describe how it tastes and accept like ketchup. Pretty lame considering the place is supposed to be known for its Meats.
If you're in the center of Phoenix and looking for a place that doesn't suck, you might want to keep looking. Fortunately, you have a lot of alternatives.
