  • Even though Isiah was very friendly & helpful, I had some challenges getting my phone fixed. First the screen replacement I needed was out of stock, so my appointment was cancelled & not rescheduled until I called the office back. Isiah did apologize & offered a discount on the repair, which he honored. My screen was repaired (thank you!), but less than a week later the tempered glass that was installed cracked. I was told that the glass was not under warranty... so why did I buy it then? I was told I could remove it myself, but very carefully & at my own risk because it could damage my iPhone screen during removal. Honestly, the service to repair my screen was quick, efficient & friendly, but I'm left disappointed.
