  • This place is horrible. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went to get a new pair of glasses because mine were stolen. My prescription wasn't expired but of course they don't accept outside prescriptions. I set up an appointment with them anyway to get my eyes examined so I could get a new pair of glasses. They first dilated my eyes BEFORE they took my eye exam for glasses. I've never heard of anyone doing this before the eye exam. My eyes were so blurry I couldn't read the letters on the screen. I asked the doctor why they dilate before the eye exam and he said they always do that. When my glasses came in they were wrong of course so I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to come back in and still be wrong. The third time I asked if they could just take my old prescription and they agreed. 2 weeks later I get them back and they still aren't right. The people here aren't too friendly either. Needless to say, I'm never going back and am not recommending this place to anyone.
