  • I came here for a full month to pick up my mail because my mailbox and a neighbors mailbox were broken into. We think that it was by another neighbor of mine that possibly got evicted. It got replaced about a month ago so I don't have to come back again. Four stars because it was a waste of time and gas to come to the post office and back to my house. Anyway, I reported this break in to the post office and asked the person at the window how long it would take to replace a mailbox. They told me they have no idea. A few days later, I told a different person at the window that my mailbox was broken into and that I've been coming everyday since the break in and they told me that if a mailbox that was broken into more than a month ago, then it was a problem. She made me sign something so she could report it, and that they would call me when the mailbox would get fixed. They never called me, but about two weeks later, I came home to find a new mailbox outside my house! Yay! I don't remember the lady's name that helped me out, but I want to thank her a million times for getting the help I needed.
