  • Very disappointed. I messaged them and they responded late and apologized for it and never responded to my question regarding my allergies to latex after that. I thought after seeing so many positive reviews about how nice Shen was, she won't be so rude so I sent one more message just to get ignored. How rude and disrespectful can you be to a potential customer? EDIT: Shen, you have time to respond to this review but you couldn't find time to let me know you were waiting for someone from Taiwan to get back to you? And thank you for suggesting that I don't get eyelash extensions done, but I actually found someone (Lala lashes) who took the effort to respond to me and accommodate my allergies. Like I said, you are rude and that doesn't come shocking.
