  • I specifically went to the store rather than using the website, which had a much larger selection, so I could be sure exactly what I rent would fit exactly how I wanted. The dress I chose was shipped to the Vail wedding location and was NOT the same neckline as the dress I tried in store in the exact same size. I was 2 hrs from a UPS and the wedding was the next day. I was NOT happy with the look but was forced to make due. Because of this I was only able to recieve a partial refund. Apparently I was expected to drive 2 hrs to the nearest ups and return it immediately and I should have brought an extra backup gown to recieve a full refund on a dress that should have been the same one I tried on in store so if you still choose to use RTR for something important...make sure you're location is UPS close and bring a totally different backup
