  • Would recommend Spiros as one of the best deals in custom suits in North America. The only other competition would be Giovanni's in Montreal. For a completely in-house made suit in Canada, the price just cannot be beat. The work is all done under one roof and not contracted out or done piecemeal or overseas. Suits are made from the fabric you select and they have great ones by VBC, Dormeuil, Holland and Sherry, etc. Full canvas jacket with bemberg lining. Pick stitching and surgeons cuffs. One price and no extra charge. Only caveat is that Sprios tends to make suits towards the traditional side of things, but as I get softer in the midsection a highly suppressed waist is no longer the most appealing thing to me. That being said, he will do whatever you direct him to do, whether it be a super skinny 2" lapel, small 12" leg opening, or ultra-wide 4" peak lapel. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation of the online or mail-order companies and shop local!
