  • When I moved to Vegas I chose to live at Camden Pines because the Office staff from Nicole and Josie to the maintenance staff was nothing short of amazing. The grounds were always in tip top shape. We often had community get togethers at either the pool or leasing office. It was truly an amazing place to stay. Fast forward to today and I kid you not this is the absolute shittiest apartment complex I have stayed in. AMC ( The new Management company that bought out Camden Pines ) has turned this wonderful apartment complex to a complete dump. It is not exaggeration when you read this and every other negative Yelp report on here about Torreyana. From the front gates not working every other day to the overall cleanliness of the grounds here. Don't even get me started on the absolute horrible customer service from the leasing office. From ants all in your apartments to the lights on the buildings making a horrible noise at night. To the "security" checking if you're a resident to use the pool ( why don't you actually patrol the parking lot so people's cars don't get broke into asshole instead of worrying about little kids swimming.) The staff gives not one care in the world about the tenants here. Jesse the assistant manager is very rude and has an excuse for everything. Clearly this is going to be a section 8 housing and as soon as my lease is up I will most definitely be leaving this place. If I had the extra funds to break my lease that would have been the case already. AMC you are doing a horrible job managing this once beautiful property. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT ONE BIT. Do not be fooled by the new paint job.
