  • I would give this store a zero star review if I could. Awful customer service. I spent $70 on Mylar balloons that were deflated within an hour- never filled to capacity either. Michaela was awful and unsympathetic. No wonder this store has such a bad rating!! Lesson learned!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! ****update**** The balloons were NOT filled leaving. Bless my dad's heart for being an elderly man and being taken advantage of. I showed photos of the balloons lying on the ground. Surely they can't think I have nothing better to do than complain about $70 worth of balloons for a first birthday party. I own an event company in NYC and never have I ever dealt with more unsympathetic, incompetent people in my life! Seriously - don't waste your money. Go somewhere else!!!!
