  • Horrible experience with this place. Would not recommend to anyone. I was looking for a 2nd opinion for my pug who was very ill (and has since passed away) The lady at the front desk was very disrespectful. She had the audacity to yell at me! I asked for a manager who wasn't available at the time, so i left a message that was never returned. I went elsewhere and spoke with a vet who was very nice & sincere and said my original vet was doing all of the right things. Unfortunately god had different plans for my baby. So thank you Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic for having not one ounce of kindness or sympathy for someone who was going through a very difficult time, even making the situation more stressful than it already was. I am still in complete disgust with this place. Receptionists have a pretty important job, thats where a customers first impression starts, so I recommend some upgrades.
