  • After an extremely horrible experience at The Record Room in Scottsdale, we decided to head down this way and check out Asylum Records. We had been here once before and were extremely impressed by the unique selection of records and knew we'd get some good finds here! The owner was extremely polite and helpful. He actually took the time to chat with me and we joked about The Record Room. Very cool dude. Anything you can't find at Zia, Tracks in Wax, or Revolver, this guy has them. He knows what the other stores have and he orders what they don't. If there is a hard-to-find you are looking for, it's probably here. The atmosphere is very cool, picture discs, guitars, and crazy decorations everywhere. I love it. And the beautiful kitty running around too! What else can I say? Check this place out. Hands down the BEST record store in the valley. You won't regret it! :) What's up Scott!
