  • I'm going on four-months right now and have still NOT received my jeans. I call every few weeks to check in on my order and each time, I get excuses for why the order will be delayed even longer. This is beyond ridiculous, and no measures to remediate the situation have been taken. Customer service is a pleasure to talk to, and the troubles are certainly not his at all. After spending more than $150 for a pair of jeans, I would expect to receive them within at least four-months. Well clearly I was wrong. Be very patient if you purchase jeans here.
