  • My wife had talked to Chris, at Heggs, he told us he would match or beat the other offer, my wife was in contact with Chris, back and forth for a week. Chris told us when we come in ask for him, and he would handle everything with him. My wife explained we found a good deal from another dealer. If he couldn't match or beat the other offer please don't waste our time or his. He promised us he could. We went there because a friend said it was okay. When we arrived Chris, was with two other customers and Robert, said he knew what was going on. Chris, had briefed him. We talked about the price with Robert, and things went south. Robert, had no clue what Chris, said and he needed to talk his manager. We asked for Chris, over and over Robert said again he was busy. Finally we where surrounded by Robert, the assistant manager, and the manager. All three said we can't do the deal and said Chris, must have been in another building. Or off for the rest of the day. We spent a lot of time there being lied to, jerked around, and lied to some more. Robert, I want to say you have no ethics. Manager to Heggs you get to witness how not to treat people. I would give you a negative 5 stars if I could. Please stay away from Heggs.
