  • The company as a whole and they way they do business is why I can't give 5 stars. Has nothing to do with the staff at this location, they get 5 stars. The rigid corporate policy, customer service and amenities offered company wide are awful to deal with. That said, the front desk staff here is always pleasant, the atmosphere is inviting and this location is always clean. Paulette is our go-to therapist (both me and my spouse). She is always professional, kind, listens and remembers. I feel wonderful after each session which as an athlete/physical working professional, is a must. I have struggled with finding a good therapist who STAYS with the company. When I find a great one, they seem to leave, which makes me think again there is something wrong with the company to not retain the quality people I have seen come/go over many years and locations. I hope the company is able to keep Paulette- she is a wonderful therapist, prompting me to finally write a good review.
