  • APS doesn't care about you! APS does NOT CARE if you have a hardship: Death in the family or loss of a job. All they care about is making money. They give you an 8 day notice to shut off via mail and when you catch it late they'll charge a $220 "turn-on" fee to push a button on their computer. Require a deposit of upward $400 and tell you to pay in person at their dungy kiosks just to further sh!t on you because all of a sudden paying by bank electronically is shut-off to you because of a missed payment via auto-pay?! WTF?! Big corporations need to think of the people they serve don't make 1/2 as much as they do, ripping off folks. Disappointed by APS!!!
