  • The system they have for renting out a car makes absolutely zero operational sense. You register at the front desk, get your car, and expect to leave. Instead, they make you go through an even more thorough checkout process at a kiosk from your car, which took each car at least 5-10 minutes. We had a line of 15 cars waiting behind us who were complaining, for good reason. I would not recommend this service. They need to have everything taken care of at the front desk because logistically their process will take you over an hour to get your car and get out of there. Also, it didn't help that they only had one person and one kiosk, on Memorial Day Weekend.....
