  • I purchased an eoilchange.com deal for 3 oil changes at this location through Living Social. I called to schedule my first oil change and spoke with Matt who was very friendly. He couldn't get me in the following day because he said it could take 3 hours (seriously?), so I scheduled an appointment for that Saturday and changed a few things around to be able to make it. He told me just to bring my voucher and I would be all set. I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early on Saturday, and a woman (Becky I believe) was going to help me. I showed her my voucher and she said that wasn't going to cut it, she needed to pull it up on eoilchange.com. Well unfortunately their site was down at the time, and she refused to believe that my voucher was legitimate, even though I physically showed it to her. She even went as far as to tell me that if she did let their service team perform the oil change and I in fact did not have a legit code, that it would be taken out of her personal paycheck- so that wasn't going to happen. Pretty unprofessional. I even asked if I could just pay for the oil change and get reimbursed the next time, since my car was very much in need of the service and also since I had planned my Saturday around this appointment, but that wasn't good enough either. Also another customer came in right after me as well who had an appointment and I overheard her tell him she couldn't perform his oil change that day either because they wouldn't have time and he too would have to reschedule. What is the point of making appointments if you will not honor them? Everyone's time is valuable and that doesn't seem to be the case here. I left disappointed and (Becky?) said that she would have Matt call me first thing on Monday to reschedule, which never happened. Eoilchange.com is refunding my purchase and from now on I will be taking my business elsewhere.
