This was the 3rd jewelery story we had visited. This time we were looking for my man's ring. We had already seen many rings online so we had a pretty good idea what we wanted. A lady with fire red hair helped us (well sort of). She ask what we were looking for. We told her. My man began to describe the type of ring he wanted. She said "what size"? Aaron went on to describe the ring. She asked too more times. We were like, "We don't know what size he is. We just want to look at rings and we'll go from there" (but didn't say that outloud). She was just rude. She sized my fiance's finger and then pulled out a tray of rings behind the counter. We could barely see them. After she showed us 2 rings we asked if she could put them up on the counter so we could see them and she said, "no". That did it for me. We politely said ok thanks. We then went to the forum shops. Saw the ring we wanted. When he put it on, he no longer liked it. So the gal there showed us another ring. She was very sweet. She cleaned my fiance's necklace, brought us water and wrapped everything really nice. That's the service we're come to expect from David Yurman. Don't go in this Outlet shop looking for that level of service. Lady with the fire red hair, you were a meanie to us. We won't be back.
