  • I had a horrible experience. My mom and I sat and waited for 45 minutes before they even started the water. There was only one other person having services done. They did not tell us that the lady that came after us at an appointment. So they called her first and we were on a time restraint. He did not even clip my toenails and one of them is now cutting my other toe. I asked for callus removal which he did not do I left with my feet rougher then when I went in.I picked out a color and he applied a different color that I did not care for and acted like he didn't hear me when I told him that it was the wrong color. I asked for a small simple flower and I got something that resembled a basketball.
